Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

While we love your children, we ask that they have a babysitter so you can enjoy the night! Plus-ones will be noted on your invitations.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

We have room blocks at both the DoubleTree by Hilton Concord Downtown and the Courtyard by Marriott. The links are under the "Travel" tab.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to celebrate! Formal or cocktail attire is encouraged -- gowns, cocktail dresses, and suits are all perfect for the evening.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the Marriott and DoubleTree to the venue at 3:15 and 3:45. There will be a returning shuttle from the venue to the Marriott and DoubleTree at 9:30 and 10:00.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking for everyone at the venue. Cars are permitted to stay overnight until 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather-permitting). The reception will be indoors.
