FAQs

If you have any other questions besides what we've listed here, please reach out to us at nuwedding25@gmail.com! We'd be happy to help.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 15th, 2025!

Question

Can I bring additional guests or family members who are not included in the invite?

Answer

No. We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. We’ve worked hard to create a celebration that’s intimate and meaningful to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we keep our guest list limited.

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the time listed on your invitation. We’ll be starting the ceremony promptly on time. No “Desi Standard Time” here! Be sure to account for weekend traffic and parking in Seattle, which can take a little extra time. We’d love for you to be comfortably seated and ready so you don’t miss a moment.

Question

What’s the weather typically like this time of year?

Answer

August in Seattle is usually warm and one of the sunniest months, with daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s and cooler evenings in the 60s. That said, it is Seattle... so light rain is always a possibility, even in the summer. We’re praying for dry skies, but just in case, it’s a good idea to bring a light jacket!

Question

Will there be a professional photographer?

Answer

Yes! We’ve hired a professional photographer we absolutely love to capture the day. We kindly ask that guests be mindful and avoid stepping in front of them during key moments so they can do their best work. Your presence is what matters most, and we promise you’ll get to relive the day through beautiful photos afterward!
