Here is some helpful Wedding Celebration information. Choose Your Own Adventure: You are invited to make our celebration your own day or weekend long adventure. If you would like to stay either in a local establishment or camp with us at Silver Springs State Park you can make it a destination. The Park offers plenty of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, kayaking, and historic Glass Bottom Boat Tours on the crystal clear Silver River. The local area includes museums, antiquing, historic sites, zip lining, fishing, and other awesome parks. Silver Springs State Park is just minutes from necessities and fun. ATTIRE: Outdoor dress is a must for your adventure weekend. We ask that you dress for photos during the Ceremony and the following After Party. Please no blue jeans. Comfortable footwear is recommended for the outdoor venue. AFTER PARTY: You are invited to bring your favorite dish in a clear or white container to share with all and are encouraged to bring adult beverages. Small batch handmade beer and wine will be available. Everyone is invited to enjoy friends, family, and a toasty campfire! Feel free to bring a tent and stay the night. RSVP for more information on time and location. The After Party will be under the tall pines and bringing a flashlight is recommended. Again, we are asking that you dress for photos, no blue jeans. CAMPING: Camping below the beautiful long leaf pines will be available beginning Thursday, November 15, 2018. Well behaved children and pets will be loved. Please be aware there will be alcohol and children must return to the family camping space near the festivities by 10pm. Pets must remain on a leash at all times or roam free in the dog play yard near the camping area. The camping area is primitive and we will provide helpful information to aid in your camping preparation and enjoyment.
