What should I wear?

Dressy garden party attire is perfect! Think semi-formal and seasonally light. The ceremony will be on grass, but the reception pavilion has a solid floor, so you’ll be comfortable dancing the night away.

Is everything outdoors?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, and the reception will be under a beautifully lit wooden pavilion with a floor. There will also be outdoor games and a cozy bonfire — nature will be part of the whole celebration! That said, there’s a cute little cabin where the food will be served, and you’re welcome to duck in there to cool off anytime. The bathrooms are in the cabin too, nice and close by!

Yes, absolutely! We’re so excited to celebrate with guests of all ages and we'll have plenty of space for them to run around.

Where should I park?
Answer
There is a large parking lot on-site — you won’t miss it. Everything is located nearby, so once you arrive, it’s a short walk to each part of the celebration.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to settle in and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Will food and drinks be provided?

We’re excited to be serving up dinner from Woodchips BBQ—seriously delicious, all scratch-made, and packed with flavor. Their team brings rock star hospitality, so you’ll be in great hands! Dinner will be served from the cabin, and we’ll all gather under the pavilion to eat, laugh, and enjoy the evening together. We’ll also have a beer and wine bar, plus two signature cocktails we picked just for the occasion. And yes—save room for cake (and maybe a few extra sweet treats, too).

Yes — under the lights of the pavilion (or barefoot in the grass), we’ll dance the night away! Come ready to celebrate.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be present with us in the moment. Don’t worry — we’ll have plenty of professional photos to share later!
