Where should I stay for the weekend?

Wedding events will take place in both Carpinteria and Santa Barbara. Luckily, the two places are not very far apart! It all depends on what you prefer. Look at the wedding events throughout the weekend and make a decision from there.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Come anytime after 3:30. The ceremony will begin at 4:00!

Is there parking for the ceremony at the courthouse?
Answer
The Santa Barbara Courthouse is located in downtown Santa Barbara. If you decide to drive, this is the closet parking garage for the ceremony: https://maps.app.goo.gl/TRJx8qkgQkVG4eqs5 Following the wedding ceremony, a hosted trolley will take guests from the courthouse to the reception. The trolley will not take guests back to the courthouse after the reception.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
The wedding party and family will take pictures after the ceremony. The trolley will take wedding guests from the courthouse to the reception venue. The reception does not start until 6:00. In the meantime, explore the surrounding area known as the Funk Zone: whiskey tasting, wine tasting, breweries, and shops!
