We’re getting married!

Colt and I met the day he walked into my house to hang out with my roommate and her fiancé. Neither of us thought much of each other at first, aside from “she’s cute” and “why does this guy want to watch a track meet on tv?”. We saw each other on and off because of mutual friends and stayed in touch via social media when Colt moved out to Portland. But long distance dating wasn’t a serious consideration at the time... (at least not for Colt). Sometime later in the summer of 2023, (with the help of a recommendation from our mutual friend), we both decided we were interested enough to give long distance a shot! After a camping trip to Idaho with friends it was clear that there was some potential here… 9 months later, Colt managed to surprised me in Arkansas by arriving for a visit a day early! Long story short, I said yes.
