Who gets to stay in the cabins at the venue?
Answer
The bridal party and our families will be staying in the 14 cabins available at the venue.
Question
What about our wedding registry?
Answer
We are unable to remove the registry tab from our website. Having our guests come to the wedding is gift enough. If you would like to get us something beyond your presence, surprise us with a gift from the heart or we'd appreciate funding for the honeymoon!

Can I bring my dog?
Answer
ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS! It is stressed by the venue that no dogs are allowed.

Do you have discount codes for lodging nearby?
Answer
No, unfortunately none of the lodging close by offers discounts. So, please book your lodging early!

The lodging nearby is all booked, what do I do?
Answer
Booking a room at one of the lodges by midsummer will almost guarantee you a room. If this is not what you're looking for then try airbnb.com! There are tons of homes on there to pick from close to the venue.

What is being served for dinner at the wedding?
Answer
We will be offering unlimited caesar salad, antipasto skewers, artichoke dip, wood fired pizza, and cannolis.

Will we offer a shuttle service for those not staying at the venue?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle service available two hours prior to the ceremony and two hours after the party ends for those who do not want to drive.

What happens after the open bar closes at 10pm?
Answer
The venue does not have a liquor license, meaning that we are allowed to move the alcohol into the cabins and keep the party going!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Strawberry, AZ elevation is 5,800 feet. During the day it is expected 76º and at night 43º. Please bring warm clothes and shoes.

Can we have a campfire?
Answer
Yes! The venue is providing unlimited firewood for the 9th and 10th.

What about parking?
Answer
There is ONLY room for 55 cars at the venue. Please try to carpool as much as possible or use the shuttle service.
