Richmond International Airport
The easiest way to reach us is by flying into Richmond International Airport (RIC)—it's just a quick trip to the hotel and wedding venue! Direct flights can be limited, so if you're planning to rent a car, you might also fly into Washington, D.C. (Reagan or Dulles airports), an approximately 2-hour drive. Note: RIC, the hotel block (DoubleTree), and our wedding venue are all super close to each other. The DoubleTree offers free shuttle rides to and from the airport and the wedding venue—no need to worry about extra transportation!

DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond Airport
This is our hotel block. Click the "view" button below to access the block rates. Rooms are available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. As noted above, the hotel is close to both the airport and the wedding venue, and there’s a free shuttle that can take you to and from both. Just a heads-up: it’s about a 20-minute drive to downtown Richmond and Welcome Drinks on Saturday night. If you want to be closer to the action, we suggest staying in Scott's Addition (we recommend Courtyard Richmond Scott's Addition) or downtown (we recommend Graduate by Hilton Richmond)!

Getting around Richmond
Ready to explore Richmond or make your way to the Welcome Drinks? Uber and Lyft are around, but since we’re a small city, cars might take a few minutes longer than you're used to (10-15 mins). So, plan ahead and give yourself a little extra time to catch your ride! Local cab companies are also an option, try Henrico Taxi (click "view" button for website) or Taxi Richmond. Renting a car may also come in handy!

Shuttle from DoubleTree to Ceremony/Reception

Shuttles will begin at 3:30 pm from DoubleTree (our hotel block) and end when everyone's at the wedding! There will be shuttles from the wedding back to the hotel at 10 pm and 11 pm.
