Welcome to our Wedding FAQ! Here, you'll find answers to common questions about our special day. We hope this helps you plan and enjoy the celebration to the fullest.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d love for you to RSVP no later than March 1, 2025. If you happen to RSVP sooner we’d appreciate that too. Please let us know if anything changes as we plan to be in the know of our headcount.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Hotel recommendations can be found in the travel tab of our website. We suggest staying at the recommended hotel for convenience with transportation, which is The Line Hotel SF. If you choose a different hotel, please note that you’ll be responsible for your own transportation to our ceremony if you plan to stay at a different hotel.

When’s the deadline for Room reservations?

Answer

April 1, 2025 is the deadline to reserve. Reserving the room does require a working credit card but you are not require to pay at the time of reservation. Payments are made the day of check-in. Please check the travel+ lodging tab for reservation information.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We appreciate your presence and look forward to sharing this special day! We will provide transportation to and from the hotel for the wedding ceremony. Please arrange your own transportation to and from the airport.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking around San Francisco City Hall can be challenging, as it's located in a busy area with limited parking options. However, there are a few choices available: • Street Parking: There are metered parking spots around City Hall, but they can be hard to find and have time limits. • Parking Garages: Several parking garages are nearby, such as the Civic Center Plaza Garage and the Performing Arts Garage. These provide more reliable parking, though they can fill up quickly, especially during events. • Public Transportation: Given the parking limitations, many people opt for public transportation. City Hall is well-served by BART, Muni buses, and streetcars, making it a convenient alternative. • Ride-Sharing: Uber, Lyft, and taxis are also popular options, especially if you want to avoid the hassle of parking altogether. Please note that the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once it has started. We recommend allowing extra time for parking and arriving early to ensure you're seated before the ceremony begins

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know a month in advance. We want to ensure that everyone enjoys the celebration, and we'll be happy to accommodate any special requests. Your comfort and safety are important to us!

While we’re thrilled to celebrate with you on our special day. Please note, this will be an adults-only event 21+.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love for our friends & family to get fancy with us for our special day. Dress code is black-tie attire: mid to floor-length dress, tuxedo, or suit & tie. Please select the Attire tab for attire inspiration.

Are drinks provided at the wedding, or should we plan to purchase our own?

Answer

We’re excited to host a memorable evening! After our ceremony, we will be treating our guests to a delicious dinner. Drinks will be available for purchase at the venue. For our welcome party, we’ll be offering light bites, and drinks will also be available for purchase.

We kindly ask that you check this FAQ page for answers to common questions. If you still need assistance, please reach out to the bride or groom as a last resort, especially during the week of the wedding. Yes! We’re hosting a Welcome Party the evening before the wedding. We’re so excited to share our special weekend with you! What should I do if I can’t attend?

Answer

While we truly hope you can join us for our special day, we understand if you’re unable to make it. Please be courteous and let us know as soon as possible, no later than May 16, 2025, so we can finalize our plans accordingly.

We’d love for you to stay at our wedding hotel—it’s where we’re organizing transportation to the ceremony, and we’ve got some special gifts for our wedding party staying there!
