What to do once you get to CANCUN Airport?

Answer

After you exit the airplane. Proceed Immediately to Passport Control/Immigration. If you have checked luggages - you will pick this up after Immigration. Once you have your luggages, exit after CUSTOMS and to where the TRANSPORT SERVICES are located. *** PLEASE DO NOT STOP TO TALK TO THOSE PEOPLE RIGHT AS YOU EXIT CUSTOMS(BEFORE EXITING THE DOOR that will lead you outside) **** EXIT THE DOOR AND LOOK FOR THE SIGN FOR YOUR TRANSPORT OR SHUTTLE SERVICE COMPANY. IF YOU USED AMSTAR - THEY WILL HAVE A SIGNAGE IF YOU USED TOP CANCUN SHUTTLE (TCS) - They will have a signage too.

What's Unique with Dreams Playa Mujeres

Dreams Playa Mujeres caters to guests of all ages. There is an area with adults amenities and with kids amenities. Please check the website for details. Next to Dreams is the Secrets Playa Mujeres where adults guests of Dreams Playa Mujeres have access to more restaurants, amenities, etc. (I had spent our 25th Nursing College Reunion here, and it was a great resort also). Dreams Playa Mujeres and Secrets Playa Mujeres are both under the Hyatt Portfolio of All Inclusive collection. Update - 8/10/24 - Secrets Playa Mujeres will be undergoing major renovation from April 2025 - December 2025. This will affect the influx of visitors/reservations for 2025 to Dreams Playa Mujeres. TIPS: book early to ensure getting a great deal and availability of rooms.
