At the very tip of the Old Mission Peninsula. There is a nice hike around the park, and the drive out there has plenty of beautiful views.

Rent a bike and ride the paved 17-mile Leelanau Trail that connects Traverse City to Suttons Bay, or for a shorter route you can bike around Boardman Lake past the Jean & Gordon Cornwell Sailing Center. https://traversetrails.org/trails/
