Our first born son, Chris, is 24 years old. He graduated in May, 2017 from the University of Nevada in Reno with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Accountancy. He also plans to prepare for his CPA exams this summer.

Ysabelle is 22 years old; the youngest and the baby of the family. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the Orvis School of Nursing at the University of Nevada in Reno. Her hope and dream for now is to be a traveling nurse but eventually someday become a Nurse Practitioner. Watch out for this highly motivated nurse of the future.

Ms. Kristine Veronica Leron

She is the eldest among the brood. She graduated with Honors from Cal State University, East Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minor in Mathematics. A member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau Int'l Honor Society of Nursing. A Public Health Nurse for Contra Costa County Health Services serving the community for the last 1.5 years through Public Health Clinic Services and Healthcare for the Homeless. She is living a happy fulfilled life with the love of her life, Rajeev Raman, and their ever loyal dog, Teddy Raman, who is the baby and the center of the couple's attention.

Mr. Ed and Ms. Ping Del Mendo

The couple hail from Elk Grove California. Brother Ed is a retired school teacher from the Unified School District in California. Meanwhile, Sister Ping is currently working at the Lab department of Kaiser in Elk Grove. As a dedicated Pastoral Head of Couples for Christ in Northern California, they did numerous outreach helping families in Reno since 2004. Additionally, Ron spearheaded the CFC group in our hometown and helped us formed the Couples for Christ for families here in Reno through many ministries. Most importantly, Brother Ed and Sister Ping have been an invaluable instrument in our prayer/spiritual life.

Ka Efren is a highly respected entrepreneur in the Philippines. He gained this by successfully owning some companies including the Philippines' all time favorite, Dunkin' Donuts. He has been one of our mentors and inspirations in keeping our marriage sacred while in the realm of establishing business ventures. Among many talents of Ka Efren, he is also an active triathlete joining competitions in the Philippines. Inspite of a hectic training schedule, he is a family man first and foremost. To add to his success, he also assumes that "Behind every successful man is a powerful woman" to honor his beloved wife Tita May, who is very supportive and a highly energetic spouse in helping create and manage their business empire in the Philippines.

John is a very successful businessman in Manila and the CEO of JC Advance Cargo, Inc. ie a trucking/forwarding company; co-owner of Ask A VET Animal Clinic with Albert Martinez (actor from Manila) and also an owner of Roadmax construction firm for roads and buildings. With his side is his loving wife Marinelle, who serves as the Vice President. John and Marinelle hold a special place in our hearts by being faithful supporters and guidance since our wedding in 1992. For them, distance is not an issue. They are always there for us when needed.

There is no surprise that Jimboy's Taco is one of the most sought after tacos in Reno and Sparks because of the couple's dedication and passion in building their business. Funny to say but we honestly think that we are somewhat related because fate has its own way of connecting people. We first met Peter and Alma in the early school years of our children. Peter coached the basketball team of Little Flower while Ysabelle played on the opponent team for St. Albert’s. Since then, our friendship blossomed and they have become our traveling partner along with our children. We are truly indebted to their undying love, care, and support for all of us, including our extended families. Wishing more years of travels and friendship.

Dr. Mel Christopher Magboo is an outstanding Geriatric Specialty Physician in Reno, while Marj, on the other hand, is the head of Eden Home Health Care Services. They have been an inspiration to us in achieving a well balanced lifestyle by working hard while staying healthy. They exposed us to a good work ethics in the healthcare industry, specifically in the group home elder care business. They gave us their invaluable knowledge in the healthcare field and have set the standards of how working couples should work in creating mental, emotional, physical, and ethical balance to achieve success in life and business.

Reymund is the 2nd in the Leron family and the younger brother of Ron. He is a very soft spoken and kind hearted brother. A very giving person that is why he is loved by so many people that surround him. He took care of Kristine while she was in her High School and used to babysit my children, Chris and Ysabelle, when they were babies.

Ate Boots is the eldest sister of the Siojo clan. Proudly to say, Ate Boots is currently the Head of the Immunology and Molecular Department of the Baptist Medical Center Laboratory in San Antonio Texas. Some of her distinguished accomplishments include a honorary recognition as Cum Laude from Centro Escolar University and was a Board Topnotcher in the Philippines. Ate Boots has been an inspiration to us and a constant reminder that life should be dealt with dedication, passion, and perseverance.

Julius Siojo is my youngest brother and resides in San Antonio Texas. As a busy Computer Software professional in Texas, he still finds way to be a loving and dedicated husband to Irma and a sweet and responsible father to our nieces Kaitlin and Lauren. What else can we say? Julius, you always tell us that you are too private...haha ok we got it! Love you!

An epitome of someone who looks life as a half full glass, he never fails to bring laughter and joy in the company of others. The very optimistic , humble, generous, Jun Flores, is a successful contractor for homes of celebrities in the Philippines whom we met through my brother John and his wife Marinelle. Kuya Jun as we fondly call him is the eldest son of our Uncle, the late Ambassador to Vietnam Cipriano Leron Sr. He is the funniest and the joker of the Leron Clan. Whenever you are with him, there is never a dull moment. Glad to be around this happy person.

Regi is the 3rd among the Leron siblings. He is currently at the Window of the Postal Service in Mae Anne Ave, Reno NV and been there for a good 34 years. He is our idol when it comes to intelligence, sharpness in memory, unparalleled work ethics and strong opinions, but don't be deceived, he is such a loving, thoughtful and caring brother. Emmanuel is our Compadre and also one of Ron's golf buddies. Ron and Emmy have been friends for the past 21 years. Aside from being an avid golfer, Pareng Emy is also an emergency room nurse at the Renown Health Hospital.

Kuya Mike is the 3rd of the Siojo children. He finished a degree in Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas and is Married to Lovejoy. He is currently living in San Antonio Texas and is a doting grand dad to the Guzman children. Your untiring love to your apos is such an endearing quality to any grandchild. You make us feel and realize that we need to be at this level of kindness when Chris and Ysh get to have their own kids in the future.

Mary Powell is one of my best girlfriends for so many years. It all began with the friendship of our daughters, Anna Powell and Ysabelle in 6th grade. The two have been best friends ever since so it was only fate that Mary and I became such good friends. Mary is the kindest, most genuine and thoughtful person so it is no surprise why I treasure our friendship so dearly. She is a girlfriend who is always happy for what I have or what I do, and also cries whenever I cry. A true friend indeed!

Becky is the 4th child of the Leron brood. She is Ron's partner when it comes to wine. They both enjoy laughing and talking about so many things over X number of sips of wine just don't count the bottles. No wonder I often get lost following their topics because it is either they are drunk or they are fooling pulling each other's leg. I can attest that Becky is certified "life of any party".

The year 1982 was a moment of truth for me and Titchu. Being our next door neighbor back in the Philippines, I would see her do her morning chores by watering the plants. We became friends instantly and the rest is history. Till now, Titchu and I would spend hours and hours of lengthy conversation about just anything. Never a dull conversation with my best friend. Maria is the successful business owner of Z Pizza in Reno that caters to a lot of elementary school for lunches. We met during the St Albert School days of Ysabelle and her son Nathan; since then our friendship blossomed into a fruitful friendship which includes organizing graduation parties for my children and preparing for our annual family summer event at Almanor. Maria will always be our bff forever.

Rose is the 5th in the Leron brood. She is very strict but loving sister to Ron and to myself. She works hard and cooks great meriendas. Her children Aleczie and Alisa grew up together with our children. Lorna, though the 4th sister of the Siojo family, she is called Sanse, name for 3rd sisters as a respect in the family in Filipino custom, is the quietest and the most reserved among the sisters. She loves baking elegant cakes for everyone and she patiently cooks great meals for hours and hours. Since we were born right after each other, Lorna is the closest to me. We played together when we were growing up and she has always supported me in anything I do since childhood. We love you Sanse!

Mikki is my bff to say the least. He is the epitome of trend, style and elegance. We have traveled together everywhere, from watching Ms Universe Pageant, to catching shows in Vegas or California or simply eating at our favorite restaurants or browsing clothes rack everywhere to kill time especially when we just want to relax and decompress. Oh yes, we laugh, we crack stupid jokes, we share a whole lot of shallow fun, from parties to buying stuff from Amazon. Mikki, what else did we not buy together?
