Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages in an ice chest?

Answer

Hello, unfortunately the venue does not allow outside ice chests nor outside alcoholic beverages. We will, however, offer a limited selection of alcoholic beverages at the hotel bar at our expense. Any drinks not in the menu will be at your expense. Thank you for understanding and we trust you will drink responsibly and enjoy Mylah's Big Day!!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

At least one week before the event. Please look up your name in the RSVP section. If it does not work, please reach out to Sally and notify her of your party's headcount.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage everyone to attend the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. Please make plans to arrive no later than the ceremony time.

Please check with the Avila family first. They want to make sure you and your guest(s) have a great time at their event!

Are school friends allowed?

Answer

Yes, however, we ask they arrive by 8PM to 11:30PM and enjoy the reception festivities.
