Please note that the formal invitations reflect the ideal time to arrive, however the ideal arrival window for guests is 4:45 PM until 5:15 PM. This is a strict time limit, and the doors will be closed promptly at the start of the ceremony. We want to ensure everyone can enjoy the full experience, so please arrive on time!

What happens if I'm running late?

If you arrive after 5:15 PM, please remain in your vehicle until the ceremony has concluded, which will be around 6:25 PM. We will gladly welcome you to join us for cocktail hour and the reception once the ceremony is finished.

We kindly ask that you respect the couple’s wishes for an unplugged ceremony. There will be an announcement made when all cell phone photography should cease to ensure the focus remains on the couple during their special moment.

All festivities will take place indoors at a beautiful venue located on the West side of Cleveland. The spacious parking lot will accommodate the entire guest party, and the venue is all on one level with ADA accessible bathrooms for your convenience.

What happens if I still bring a plus one?

Answer

If you bring an uninvited guest, they will not have a designated seat or meal, and you may be asked to leave. We kindly ask that you respect the couple's wishes and the guidelines provided in your formal invitation. If you are not listed for a plus one, please do not assume otherwise. Additionally, please note that only the couple can extend an invitation to a potential plus one.
