We're getting married

Our story began August 2009 at Lithonia High School in Lithonia, Georgia. We both were in NJROTC where we shared the same squad. A teammate on the wrestling team saw the both of us and randomly suggested that we would be a great looking couple. The confusion and awkwardness we both shared at his sporadic comment didn’t exactly get the fireworks going. Later, in the semester Mykeshia randomly told Jaquille that she wasn’t going to be in his squad anymore because she was moving to Michigan that weekend. Jaquille slightly disappointed that she was leaving, understood and wished her the best of luck. Monday morning of class comes and Jaquille notices that Mykeshia is still here. After giving a confused look, he approaches her and asked what happened? She laughs and says “I was just playing” and walks off. Why would this girl who had never said two words to Jaquille just randomly lie to his face? This action immediately caught Jaquille’s attention and the pursuit began. After a couple of rejections Mykeshia finally decided to give Jaquille a chance, and on September 27, 2009 we made it official. The rest was history!
