Guests are encouraged to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins.
The dress code is semi-formal/business casual. We recommend comfortable shoes as the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass/outside but for the reception we will move inside.
If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be listed on your invitation or RSVP form.
All children should be included in your RSVP/invitation. If not please let us know so we can make sure to account for enough food.

Yes. Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Parking will be available at both the ceremony and reception. There will also be handicap spots available.
Yes! We would love to see your perspective and all the pictures you capture! We will have a special QR code to share what you capture, but please be mindful of the photographers!
Absolutely! Dinner and drinks will be provided during the reception and snacks will be provided during cocktail hour.

The weather in Blackwater during October can be unpredictable with possibilities of the temperature ranging from 30-80 degrees. We recommend checking the weather the day of and bringing a light jacket or shawl just in case!
The ceremony will be outdoors in front of a beautiful quarry with the cocktail hour to follow with coffee/snacks. The reception will be indoors at the Hollow in downtown Blackwater, MO.
