During the Nicol Family's yearly Crosslake trip, they made a stop at The Wharf for dinner. Mykala was working as a server that night and tended to Andrew's family. Andrew was speechless (to say the least) upon seeing Mykala for the first time. Andrew's phone number was left on the bottom of a reciept, which Mykala kept for months before doing anything with it. One day, they messaged each other, went on their first date shortly after, and the rest is history!

Mykala had been wanting a Shitzu-Poodle mix puppy for months! Andrew had a little secret - he had gotten the puppy! Five days after Mykala's birthday, Andrew took her out for a fancy birthday dinner. Upon arriving home, she heard puppy squeals from the living room. Let's set the mood - rose petals, several bouquets, and dimmed lighting, Mykala pulled her long awaited pup, Ralphy, from the kennel.
