Yes! Our Jack & Jill is on March 14th at Thornton Dundee Park (210 Thornton Rd N, Oshawa, ON). There will be prizes, raffles, games, food, and drinks! This is St. Paddy's day weekend so come out wearing your green to celebrate with us! For tickets, feel free to reach out to any of the wedding party.
Please head to our travel page and follow the directions along with the QR Code to book. We recommend the Courtyard Marriott in Waterloo/St.Jacob's as it is closest and where our shuttle to and from the venue will go. There are no room blocks. The discount rate is applied automatically through the use fo the QR Code.
Yes! We want our guests to enjoy themselves and celebrate with us so a shuttle will be provided 1 hour before the ceremony from the hotel to the venue, and a shuttle back to the hotel when your dancing feet are too tired or you've helped close it down. Please plan accordingly.
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and reception to follow is indoors.
Garden party formal or cocktail attire. We ask that guests choose colours other than light blue, cream, and white as those are the colours of the bridal party.
We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony at the latest to gather and get settled in the space prior to the ceremony.
Yes! We're all for celebrating and letting your dance-floor creativity shine. However, please pace yourselves. We’d love for everyone to remember this night for the heartfelt vows and epic celebration… not for being escorted out because they decided clothing was “optional” or attempted to start a conga line with the venue’s potted plants.
