let's get married!

We met Fall of 2010, when we began school at Johnson & Wales University in Denver in the Baking & Pastry Arts program! By absolute chance (or maybe it was fate?!) we somehow had an overlapping course schedule, meaning we had a LOT of time during classes to get to know one another! Kevin was the only male student in class with at least 20+ women students, and was the only one who'd arrived to school with extensive kitchen industry experience, (not to mention is devilishly handsome) so he quickly became a hot commodity! Our romantic interest began in February 2011 when one day Kevin & Erin ran into one another outside of class in their school cafeteria. It was on this day that Kevin saw Erin wearing something other than a chef coat, and realized she has boobs! He asked her to go out on a date, but she was initially hesitant to agree. Both she and Kevin had just recently gotten out of other relationships, and she wasn't sure she was ready to jump in to dating anyone! Luckily, Erin talked with another classmate who she was quickly becoming close friends with about whether or not she should agree to the date. Not only did that classmate convince her to agree to go on the date with the hot silver fox from class, but she has continued to be a supportive best friend for all of the years to follow, and is now Erin's maid of honor! We shared a unique & exceptionally memorable first date at the well-known restaurant "Casa Bonita", and have been sharing adventures together and growing our love ever since!
