Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors, weather permitting, sitting on a deck overlooking the pond at the venue. We do have a rain plan in place for the ceremony to be in the reception pavilion if the weather decides that is our fate... The pavilion is a covered area where we will have the reception, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing at. If the weather is more cool (very hard to predicate with NC lol) we have propane space heaters we will be able to use.
Please plan to arrive around 30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4 PM to allow time for parking and seating. There will be staff in the parking area located in the field to the left when arriving.
Yes! We are still planning our menu but it will include appetizers, an entree, two sides and refreshments.
We invite our guests to dress comfortably while celebrating with us in their semi-formal best. Fall-inspired colors such as sage green, rust, burgundy, navy, champagne, terracotta, plum, and other seasonal tones are encouraged but not required. Please keep in mind that portions of the venue grounds are grassy, so choose footwear accordingly.
October in North Carolina is typically mild and comfortable, with daytime temperatures often ranging from the 60s to 70s. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening. 🍂🤍
We will have an open bar that will be serving 2 different tap beers, wines and a signature mixed cocktail that is made from one of our favorite local vendors, Gonzales Aguas Frescas. Please bring your ID's for the bartender to verify. We do have strict instruction from the venue that no outside alcohol is brought on the property.
We did plan for you to bring your significant other/children and they should be shown on the RSVP page when you enter your name. If you run into any trouble with the RSVP page or believe there has been a mistake, please reach out to Grace or Blake.
Please RSVP no later than August 25th, 2027.
