Who is invited to the ceremony?

Answer

To maintain intimacy, the ceremony will be hosted separately on Friday March 27th for a handful of guests. Please refer to your wedding invite or RSVP for more detailed information about events taking place over the weekend.

If your little ones are listed on your RSVP, then we would love for them to join us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re keeping our celebration small, so each invitation is for the person(s) named in your RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

By when should I RSVP?

Answer

In order to have ample time to communicate with our vendors about final head count, please RSVP by January 1, 2026. Any person who does not RSVP by this date will be marked as "not attending."

Can I make a special request for allergies and dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know in your RSVP. We will accommodate any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions.

Is there parking available?

Answer

All events have free parking but space is limited so plan to carpool or Uber. There is also a free hotel shuttle at the Hyatt House that can pickup and drop off from any location within 5 miles radius of the hotel. For the reception venue, there will be dedicated parking set aside in the lot out front and along the side of the building. Additional parking can be found in the other two Trophy lots and all along Maywood Avenue, as well as the side streets. Please be mindful of any parking signage, noting instructions for street parking and other lots!

Where should I get a hotel and how do I get around?

Answer

Friday events will be hosted in Morrisville/Durham, Saturday events in Raleigh, and Sunday events in Raleigh. We have a room block reserved at the Hyatt House Raleigh Durham Airport for your convenience. Ridesharing is your best bet to get around.
