Our favorite story to tell. A scooter, it all started with a scooter. Andrew going in circles of the street he just moved into, which just so happened to be the street across from mine. I had no idea at the time (and for a few more years to follow) that this 10 year old boy would become my soon to be husband. Before romance came friendship, a deep kind of friendship that withstood any obstacle life threw at us. Through our teenage years there was one thing that stood the test of any trial - the bond that Andrew and I shared. Spending our time belly boarding, walking to Timmies in countless snow squalls, going to shop'n milk for a jonzzzzzz drink (insert from a Facebook message from July 31st 2011). Amidst all of our adventures, one thing was for certain. Andrew was in love with me and I was in denial. Everyone knew it, I didn't want to accept that my bestfriend seen me more than just that. I never wanted to lose or jeopardize what we had built. It took me a long time to come around (ask anyone that knew me during those years) but when I did I knew that I would be safe from any storm for the rest of my life. So here we are friends and family! Fulfilling the first half of what was ultimately already written for us, we just didn't know it at the time. This is us, this is OUR love, and we can not wait to celebrate it with you all.
