Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside on the lawn. We will provide handheld fans! The reception will be held indoors.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer who will capture photos of the ceremony. We request that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. But please take as many pictures and videos at the reception as you wish!

Is there parking?

Answer

Valet service is complimentary for our wedding guests and will be found directly outside the lawn. Please note that the wedding valet service is separate from the general hotel valet service located in the circular drive.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive thirty minutes prior to the ceremony start time, which is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Guests will be unable to enter once the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Yes — the dress code is black tie optional.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar at the cocktail hour and reception, so please plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have a limited amount of space for guests at our wedding. If you are able to bring a guest, it will be clearly outlined on your invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, but our hotel blocks are all close to the venue!

We ask that all guests RSVP by March 11th in order to have an accurate headcount!
