BASIC INFORMATION - Located 25 mins from the Church - Breakfast included WEDDING DISCOUNT We have arranged discounted rates for stays between 6/18-6/23. You do not need a discount code. There is a 5 night minimum required to apply the discount. For any bookings outside those dates, the discounted rate will only apply to the 6/18-6/23 portion of the booking. MAKING A RESERVATION Email info@giannoulishotel.gr with the following information: - Subject Line: KARAVASILIS WEDDING - Names of all guests (if you have children, please include their ages) - Arrival date (Format should be Day/Month/Year) - Departure date (Format should be Day/Month/Year) - Type of room (see below) - Number of adults in each room TYPES OF ROOMS AVAILABLE: All rooms include breakfast and an environmental fee of €5 / room / night. If you deposit 50% of your total by Feb 10th, you will receive a discount of €10 / room / night. Flying to Greece: - We recommend flying out of Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Newark NJ International Airport (EWR), or JFK International. (JFK) - We recommend flying into Thessaloniki International Airport (SKG), the closest airport to our wedding events. Athens International Airport is 5+ hours away, and trains are not currently reliable. - For flight itineraries with layovers, we suggest a minimum of a 2 hour layover - For those planning on flying to Greece just before the wedding, we recommend you arrive on either June 17 or 18th so you can be well rested. Remember, our first event is Thursday June 19th. Getting from SKG Airport to Hotel: - Taxi: very reliable and readily available at airport; accept Euro cash and card - Rental Cars: can be booked online using common rental companies (International Driver License is required and easily issued at any AAA location). - Shuttles: we will provide a shuttle for our guests arriving to SKG on June 17th or 18th. Please submit your flight information on the RSVP tab so we know when to expect you. We will do our best to accommodate a shuttle(s) for those days. *The Mediterranean Hotel & Giannoulis Hotel provide their own shuttle at an extra cost (see website)
