What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed our for our big day. We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for the evening. We ask to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your save the date/invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are not able to accommodate them due to limited space. We hope you understand & enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on-site at Juniper Springs Wedding Barn.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue and vendors with exact numbers by certain dates so, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate any late RSVPs.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

We have not officially reserved any hotel blocks; however, there are several hotels throughout Saratoga Springs and Albany with various price ranges. We highly recommend looking on Airbnb as well!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our venue allows guests to arrive up to thirty minutes early. We recommend arriving at least fifteen minutes before the ceremony so that you do not get held at the entrance when the ceremony begins.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes (fingers crossed)! Due to the unpredictable weather of Upstate New York in June, there is a chance that the ceremony will be moved indoors. The plan is to have an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception, so please dress accordingly!

Where should I park?

Answer

When you arrive, please drive straight back past the barn and pond. Take a slight left turn into the parking area. There will be signs to help point guests in the right direction.
