When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 31st, 2026. This is to ensure our guest count, seating arrangements, as well as assisting our vendors with fully accurate numbers. If we do not hear from you after that date, we will assume you cannot make it. Our event is invite only and we will only be able to accommodate guests who have RSVP'd.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

While the doors do open at noon, our ceremony starts at 2pm. Try to arrive between 1pm-1:30pm. You are welcomed to arrive earlier!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there is no strict dress code, please do dress appropriately for our wedding.

Is this a Hmong Wedding?

Answer

No, this is not a Hmong Wedding. We are celebrating our marriage with an American-style wedding and reception.

What about dinner service?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style. When you RSVP, it helps us determine how much food our caterer needs to plan for as well as ensure there is more than enough for everyone. We will reach out to guests who opt for the Vegetarian option.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please contact the bride or groom as soon as possible so that accommodations can be made.

Can I bring alcohol?

Answer

No. The venue strictly prohibits any outside alcoholic beverages on their property. All alcohol will be provided by the Fields Reserve. We will have an open bar until the last couple hours of the night where you will have to purchase drinks!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Fields Reserve offers on-site parking.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Last call for alcohol is 11pm. We would like to start saying our goodbyes around this time so we can have everyone out before midnight!

I have already RSVP'd but can no longer attend. How can I change my RSVP?

Answer

Things happen, we get it! Please contact the bride or groom so we can adjust your reservation accordingly.
