2019 was a year of change for the both of us. While Mya was deciding to move closer to home to finish school little did she know that 366 miles away, Princess was planning her move to Georgia. Princess moved to Conyers, Ga on June 1st from Jackson Mississippi and naturally she was bored so she downloaded tinder and had swipe parties with her cousin (her words lol) . Mya had moved from Douglasville Ga to Kennesaw Ga and downloaded that same little app (no parties involved). The crazy part of this story is that Mya and Princess matched with each other in august but didn't speak until October little did they know that was God's timing. Mya had spent that whole year keeping to herself in hopes of having a happier and more peaceful life. She swore off dating until GOD told her it was time. In May of 2019 she wrote a letter to her future wife and it stated everything she wanted in a partner from looks, to characteristics, even down to what this love would feel like. Princess in 2019 promised herself to turn her life around and make something out of herself. New Home, New Environment, More Money and hopes of meeting New Friends. She wasn't intending to date anyone, she was still figuring herself out and how to adapt to her new surroundings. She prayed day in and day out for pure love, peace and clarity from those around her. She did not know that the 3 things she prayed for daily would be the direct characteristics of Mya who she matched with in August. So fast forward to October 2019 when we FINALLY spoke, Mya knew with every ounce in her body that Princess (P) was the woman that was intended for her. October 10th 2019 changed the trajectory of both of our lives and we are forever thankful for that. It would be impossible to fit our whole story in just 4000 words but our relationship is all about timing, we don't rush, we don't compare, we grow, we love, and we live in our truth. God placed us together and with your help we will join hands in becoming the Williams-Ellis family in front of all of our loved ones on October 10th 2026.
