There are two room options available for the hotel stay. The options are two queen-size beds or a king-size bed. Parking at the hotel is free, and there is a free continental breakfast. There is no code when you are booking your room, you will use the link below. You can also call the hotel and give the date, and mention the Hilliard-Nudi wedding. Shuttle

Elite Coach Transportation

November 8, 2025 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be transportation to and from the hotel. Please be on time for the shuttles, they will not be returning for guests after the mentioned times. To the wedding: The first bus will depart from the hotel at 1:50 and drop off at Yinzer Valley at 2:10. Two buses will depart at 2:30 and arrive at Yinzer Valley at 2:50. At the end of the night: 1 shuttle will be departing from the venue at 9:00 pm for any guests leaving the reception early. 2 shuttles will pick up the remaining guests at the end of the reception at 10:00 pm. You are not required to take the transportation. There is parking at the venue.
