What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with exact numbers by a certain date, so please don't RSVP late! Please RSVP by May 10th

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, we will provide a shuttle from the main hotel to the ceremony. PLEASE NOTE that the shuttle will NOT run continuously throughout the day. It will pick guests up at 2:50 leaving by 3:10 pm from the main hotel and take everyone to the ceremony. The shuttle will make one return trip at 11:30 pm to bring guest back to the hotel.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! Due to seating arrangements, children under the age of two will not be provided a separate seat and are expected to be held by a parent. Just let us know if you plan to bring your child!

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes (fingers crossed)! Please note- the weather at the beginning of June is unpredictable. There is a Pavilion where the ceremony can take place if needed.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

No carry-ins

Answer

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is allowed. Alcohol must be provided by WoodWind Park.
