Are children allowed at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

This will be an adults-only event. We respectfully request no children at the ceremony or reception.

Are there room blocks available at a hotel?

Answer

Since our wedding is small with many guests being local, we will not be arranging room blocks. However, there are plenty of nearby accommodations for those who may need them. Don’t hesitate to reach out for additional recommendations other than those already listed!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 7:00pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 7:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable, but we do recommend a dress code of garden formal. And, for those in heels, it’s best to wear wedge or block heels as you will be walking on uneven ground.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be gluten free pizza and dessert available. If you have another food allergy, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate that.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you will be parking in the lot nearest the barn area. It is a short walk from there to the orchard. For those with mobility issues, we will also have a golf cart available to take you to the ceremony/reception site.
