Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests dress in formal attire for the occasion. To maintain a vibrant atmosphere, please avoid wearing neutral colors such as black and/or white. For the ladies: This means floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses. Please note there will be grass and cobblestones, we recommend block heels or flats. For the gentlemen: we encourage a suit. For all guests, please note that dinner will be served outdoors. The weather may get chilly as the night goes on, we kindly suggest bringing a jacket or shawl.

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure an intimate and meaningful celebration, invitations are extended to specific individuals only. Each invitation has been thoughtfully extended to include you and your guest.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by October 11th to help us finalize all of the details for our day. We appreciate your timely response and look forward to hearing from you!

What if I forgot to RSVP?

Answer

Let's be honest, weddings are expensive. In order for us to adequately budget our expenses and comply with venue requirements, we need to have your RSVP by the date requested.

Where can I park at the Venue?

Answer

All parking for the event is located off the property, with plenty of no-time-limit and overnight parking available just outside the venue. For guests who may find the walk challenging, there will be a convenient drop-off area right at the front entrance of the building. We want to ensure everyone’s arrival is as comfortable as possible!

What time should I arrive at?

Answer

Please arrive early enough to be seated by 4:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Guests arriving after that will be asked to wait until the ceremony ends before entering the venue. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I use my phone to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No phones, please. We want everyone fully present and to avoid distractions in the photos. Our photographer has full permission to creatively edit any photos where guests are caught using their phones during the ceremony; you might just find yourself transformed into a cat or something equally unexpected! Thank you for helping us keep the moment focused and memorable.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are working with the lovely Club Continental for hotel bookings. We have a number of rooms set aside for your convenience. This hotel is located right next door to our venue to make transportation easier for our out of town guests.
