It’s us, so you know there’s a solid theme! This is an Old Hollywood Gothic event! If you can envision going to the 1931 red carpet premier of Dracula then you’ve got the idea! With that being you all know we are big film buffs and our wedding will feature movie screenings and cinema treats galore!

Will there be entertainment?
Answer
Of course!!! Our wedding will be officiated by our favorite drag performer Tora (pictured above)! Cocktail hour will feature the musical stylings of John Brennan and the Bigfeet, the house band for Joe Bob Briggs Last Drive In Show! Movies will screen from roughly 630-10pm, the first movie is pg13 and fairly family friendly, the second is not! We do ask kids head to bed around 815-830 as the music and film selection will be more explicit as the night goes on. More festivities to be announced in the coming months! What to wear?
Answer
Please attend in semi formal to formal attire. If you’re following the theme we certainly encourage you to dress to impress! It will be chilly in January and the event is indoor and outdoor so a jacket is recommended. Blankets will be available for the movie screening.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by December 5th. It is very important you list the names of all guests that are allotted in your party as our security will be checking names upon arrival.

Where to stay?
Answer
We have hotel blocks set up at the Courtyard Marriott that is 15 minutes from Bella Cosa. We will have shuttles to bring people to and fro so you need not worry about getting back to your hotel safely. Transport will only be traveling between Courtyard Marriott and Bella Cosa.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We are asking for a 4 pm arrival to give everyone time to settle in before the 4:30 ceremony time. Lake wales is a bit off the beaten path and we want everyone to have plenty of time to find their seats and relax.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
A shuttle will be available from the courtyard Marriott to and from Bella Cosa. The information for the hotel is listed under the lodging tab.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Plenty!! We do encourage any guests that plan on imbibing to leave your car at your hotel. If you are staying at the Courtyard Marriott Winter Haven, a shuttle will be available to and from the venue.

What are we eating??!
Answer
What AREN’T we eating is the better question! We are confident there will be delicious bites for everyone to enjoy, but if you have a specific allergy or dietary restriction please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
