We're getting married!

We are so thrilled to invite you to join us over Labor Day weekend as we celebrate our marriage on August 30, 2025, in the Virginia countryside near the serene shores of Lake Anna. Our wedding will be a joyful, elegant garden party-inspired celebration, and we kindly encourage guests to embrace the spirit of the day with summery, colorful attire that reflects the season and setting. We’ll begin with a short ceremony, followed by dinner, dancing, and a Jirtig ceremony - a cherished Sudanese tradition that we’re honored to share with you. Throughout the evening, we look forward to celebrating not only our love, but also the beautiful blending of our cultures and families.
