BLACK TIE PREFERRED - Women: Floor-length dresses preferred - Men: Tuxedos or Suits Note: Austin in November is still vibrant and warm during the day with cooler nights - we encourage guests to dress in color!!

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be on-site at The Grand Lady.

How far away is the venue (The Grand Lady) from downtown Austin?

Answer

The Grand Lady is about 35 minutes from downtown Austin and the Hotel Van Zandt/JW Marriott Hotel

What time do the shuttles leave from the hotels (Van Zandt & JW Marriott) to the venue (The Grand Lady) on Saturday

Answer

Buses will depart the JW Marriott and Hotel Van Zandt promptly at 2:30 pm CT.

Can I drive to the wedding venue on Saturday?

Answer

No - We are providing guest transportation directly from the two hotel blocks (Hotel Van Zandt and the JW Marriott Hotel) to the wedding venue (The Grand Lady) and back. Individual cars will not be permitted on the property unless requested directly by the bride and groom.

Are there shoe recommendations for females for the wedding day?

There will be gravel, cobblestone, and grass, so avoid any tall heels!
