What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour is from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The reception starts at 7:00 PM. Please note that our celebration will take place on a summer Friday, when many guests are heading out east for the weekend. We encourage everyone to plan ahead and allow extra travel time to arrive relaxed and ready to celebrate with us!

Dress your best! Black Tie optional.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation is labeled "& guest" you are more than welcome to. Please RSVP accordingly.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Valet parking will be available. Self-parking will be allowed if you do not wish to use valet parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to Stonebridge?

Answer

Yes! Transportation is available from the Hyatt Regency Hotel to Stonebridge. The shuttle will leave Hyatt Regency at 5:30 PM. The shuttle will leave Stonebridge Country Club at 12:00AM back to the hotel. The shuttle we be available to those who would like to return to the hotel earlier.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

Please try to inform us prior if you have a food allergy. If you forget to do so, please inform your waiter! We want all of our guests to enjoy their meal.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do! But we would love for our wedding to be your night off! This event is adults only. For our family traveling from Malta and Poland, your children are of course warmly welcome.
