Wedding Rehearsal for Bridal Party and Family

Casual. We'll be outside, on the beach.
We'll walk through the wedding service with Katrina Shaeffer, our officiant, with all members of the wedding party and family members, including flower girl, and ringbearer. Casual dinner will follow at Ian's family's house.

The 7:30 p.m. casual family-style dinner will immediately follow our wedding rehearsal, and be hosted by the Cook family. Parking is available on Arctic Avenue. However, the two houses are just a short walk apart.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Semi-Formal / Dressy casual
Parking will be available on Arctic Avenue, or there is a public Beach Access Lot adjacent to the house. We are working with the Folly Trolley company to pick you up at your lodging (if on Folly Island). Details to come. Cocktails, toasts, cake-cutting, and a laid-back dinner, complete with BBQ food truck, will follow the wedding ceremony, in the house and on the decks. We'll stay until sunset, and then take the trolley into downtown Folly Beach for some more dancing.

If you want to go out on the town with us, feel free to join! First-round is on us! Snappers is a classic beach town bar with a nautical vibe and rooftop dancing. Check out the life-sized shark! We'll ride the open-air Folly Trolley together from the reception to Snappers! Everyone invited!
