I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions no later than 90 days so that we can pass this information on to our catering team.

What is the best airport to use?

Answer

The McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, TN. This airport is approximately 50 minutes away from the venue. If flying in the same day please plan for possible delays.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than 12/24/25

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be at least 30 minutes early. We will not wait to start the ceremony and you will be asked to wait outside of the ceremony location.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your invitation. We wish we could accommodate all our friends and family, but resources restrict this. We hope that we are able to celebrate with others at a later date!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Courtyard in Pigeon Forge by Marriott. We have carefully selected this hotel for comfort and proximity. However, we recognize this may not suit everyone, so if you would like to book at another location, please feel welcome. We would like to note if not staying at this hotel plan to park at the parking lot for the shuttle.

Do I have to take the Shuttle?

Answer

Access to the venue is achieved via a steep mountain road. For guests safety, we highly recommend taking the shuttle.
