Is Moon Palace an all inclusive resort?

Yes, all meals and drinks (including liquor) is included.

Are flights included in rates?

Flights are not included in rates. You much purchase your own airfare or reach out to Monique Clarke at movacay@gmail.com for help purchasing flights.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, a passport is required for international travel.

Is there a minimum night required?

Yes, 3 nights is the minimum you can book . 4 nights minimum for resort to provide shuttle transfer to and from airport

Is this a family friendly resort?

Yes! Plus, all children under the age of 17 stay free of charge.

How long is the commute from the airport to the resort?

It is a 90 minute commute from the airport.

How is COVID being handled?

Answer

We encourage all guests to have proof of vaccination and/or a negative covid test within 72 hours of travel.

Can I stay at a nearby resort?

Answer

All guests MUST stay at Moon Palace Resort a minimum of 3 nights. A minimum stay of 4 nights is encouraged to avoid shuttle fees.

Can I bring a wedding gift?

While we appreciate the gesture, we do not want any guests bringing gifts to Jamaica. Please visit our registry if you wish to purchase a gift.
