Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Charter Oak Country Club, Hudson, MA. 394 Chestnut Street, Hudson, MA 01749 Ceremony to begin at 5 PM.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?
Answer
Yes, for the guests who book at the Fairfield Inn. Shuttle times to and from the hotel to be provided at check-in.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
There is ample, free parking at the venue. If you choose to drive, please drink responsibly.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code? Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting formal cocktail attire - this includes floor-length, tea-length, or midi-formal dresses, or a suit and tie or a sport coat. This venue does not allow denim of any sort. Wear whatever color you would like! But please do not wear colors typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory), or terracotta (warm, reddish-orange color).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. We will then move inside for the cocktail hour and reception.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible, and RSVP "no," so that we can plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture this moment in our lives and we would hate to have a phone/device blocking this moment for our professionals to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take and post as many photos as you want!
