Kindly RSVP (above) by June 1, 2024. Thank you!
Please arrive Saturday around 4pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. This will allow for mingling and finding your seat.
Cocktail is ideal for July weather! Think middle of the road between casual and formal. Ideas include: Slacks with a button down or a cocktail dress.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the terrace. The reception will take place indoors with open garage doors for an indoor/outdoor feel.
The venue is ADA accessible. This includes parking, entry ramp, and restrooms. The entire property is flat and all events will take place on the ground level. If you need an aisle seat during the ceremony for accessibility reasons, please reach out to Michelle by June 1, 2024.
The venue has ample parking for all of our guests. Ubers and Lyfts are available in the area if you wish not to drive at all. There is a strict no overnight parking rule at the venue. If you’re planing on staying at the hotel, we recommend parking your car there and ubering to ensure you get back safely!
Choosing the food was easy for us! We're serving our favorite food, pizza, from Cascadia Pizza. It’s guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser. Full menu: Drinks - Margaritas, whiskey sours, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options Cocktail hour - Meatballs and caprese Dinner - Wood-fire pizza and salad Dessert - Made-to-order ice cream sandwiches (or just cookies or ice cream if that's more your jam)
Your dietary restrictions are important to us. Cascadia Pizza provides gluten-free crust and dairy-free cheese options. Vegetarian options will also be available. Please note that food will be prepared in a food truck. If you have dietary restrictions, please include that when you RSVP so we can best accommodate you!
Our invitations include the guests we wish to celebrate with. If you're unsure if you have a plus one, please ask!
It's date night! With the exception of our niece, Mazlyn, and out-of-town family, we kindly ask that you arrange for childcare so you can enjoy the night off. To ensure there is no confusion, we have contacted our family directly if their children are invited.
We booked a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn, located 5 minutes via car from the venue. See the "Hotel Stay" tab above to reserve a room.
Arriving early and looking for something to do? The best way to explore Woodinville is by visiting a tasting room! Woodinville is known for its 130+ beer and wine tasting rooms. Our favorites are located in the Warehouse District, including Page Cellars, 20 Corners Brewing, and Locust Cider. There are endless options around! Most wineries are a 5 minute drive to the venue.
