When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible! However, the deadline is June 15, 2026, as we'll have to provide the venue with a final headcount. If we haven't received your RSVP by then, we'll have to assume you’re unable to attend. We’d love to celebrate with you, so don’t forget to RSVP!

What does Black-Tie Optional Mean?

Answer

Tuxedos and formal gowns are welcome and encouraged, but not required. A dark suit and tie or a cocktail dress are perfectly appropriate if that’s more your style.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those who are formally invited. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be listed on your invite.

Are Children welcome?

Answer

Due to space and the style of our celebration, we’re only including children who are part of the family wedding party.

Is there a Hotel Block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved two hotel blocks—one at Hampton Inn & Suites Newport-Middletown and the other at Homewood Suites Newport-Middletown. Both are just a 10-minute car ride from the venue and conveniently located across the street from each other. For booking details, please see our Travel page.

Are there other hotel options outside of the room block?

Answer

Newport has plenty of great options! You’ll find Hilton and Marriott properties, charming boutique hotels, and even Airbnb/VRBO rentals in the area.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception are at the same venue, and free parking is available on-site.
