We highly recommend staying at Owl’s Nest Resort so you can fully enjoy the weekend with us! Housing availability and booking through Owl’s Nest will open on Thursday, December 18th, 2025. Please note that we are not the only wedding taking place that weekend, so accommodations are not guaranteed and are expected to fill up quickly.
Travel Note
Lakeside Suites & Guestrooms, and Lafayette Lodge can accommodate 1-night stays. The only units that require a 2-night minimum are the Gambrel Houses and Nano Cottages. Every Unit/House is allotted space for 2 cars, with additional parking available on Lafayette Road. Overflow parking is available in the Sports Nest parking lot. Violations may result in cars being towed. Upon booking guests are charged a 50% deposit and the remaining balance is charged the day prior to arrival. Our resort uses a mobile key system. Guests are sent an email the day prior with instruction to download the mobile key app. On day of arrival, they will receive a text message when their unit is ready for check-in. Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. Early check-in and late check-outs are not guaranteed for any guest.

Travel Note
Airbnb is a great option for those traveling with larger groups or for those who do not wish to stay in a hotel. There are several great options on the Owls Nest Property or in the White Mountains. Please plan on providing your own transportation from your Airbnb.
