🙏🏻 We are hoping by May it will be warm and sunny out but if it happens to not be the ceremony can also be held inside ☺️

All at Pheasant run farm so it’s convenient for everyone

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside and reception inside/outside but if it just so happens to not be nice outside we can have it all inside ☺️

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Everyone gets to sit inside or hang outside and enjoy each other’s company and enjoy appetizers while the wedding party enjoys time taking pictures.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly and have correct head count. If you do not rsvp you will not be accounted for.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony or at least by 3:45pm

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Pheasant run has plenty of parking including handicap parking. Signs will be placed outside to help direct you to the right place.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are limiting children on our guest list to family/wedding party only and those with newborns. While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! They do provide handicap parking closer to the building that has a ramp going down. We will also provide rides over to where the ceremony is being held.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! Please drink responsibly

Website won’t allow me to RSVP how can I let you know that I am attending or not?

Answer

PLEASE let Jason or I know through Facebook or text/call if the website isn’t working for you but that you are attending the wedding or not. If we do not have a RSVP response we will unfortunately have to automatically consider you not coming.
