What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 1:30p to the church. The ceremony will start at 2:00 PM.

What is the dress code?

Black Tie Optional | Full-length gowns for ladies and tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen

Are children invited to the ceremony or reception?

Both the ceremony and reception will be adults only. Thank you for understanding!

If we are traveling from out of town, where should we stay?

Answer

If you are traveling in for the weekend and would like to enjoy time in the city, we recommend Residence Inn Boston Harbor on Tudor Wharf (34-44 Charles River Ave, Boston, MA 02129). This is walking distance to the church and transportation will be provided from the church to the reception as well as from the reception to the after party. If you would like to stay closest to the reception and after party, we recommend Boston Marriott Newton (2345 Commonwealth Ave, Newton, MA 02466). *Room Block Information is under the "Travel" section*

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

For all guests who noted they will be parking at Woodland before the ceremony in their RSVP - buses will depart promptly at 12:45PM. Transportation will be provided for guests from Charlestown following the ceremony. Pick-up will be at 3:50p outside of Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Harbor on Tudor Wharf for an approximately 4:00p departure and 4:30PM arrival at Woodland. ***This is about one hour from the end of the ceremony. We recommend you grab a drink during the in-between at Blackmoor, where we have several tables reserved.
