FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP no later than July 25, 2026 to help our vendors prepare properly!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to our venue’s capacity, we look forward to celebrating with those listed on the formal invitation, which will be sent via mail about three months before the wedding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. Gentlemen can wear tuxedos or dark suits and ladies can opt for floor or tea-length dresses. We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know about any specific food allergies by our RSVP deadline so we can ensure you are taken care of!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are truly just looking forward to celebrating our love with our closest family and friends at the wedding! Should you wish to send something, we have a registry tab on this website.

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside unless severe weather permits us to move inside where the reception will be held. All day of events will be held in the same location, with access to an outdoor patio space. Weather can be a bit unpredictable in the mountains and nights are cool in September, so keep this in mind as you plan.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a free parking lot attached to the venue if you wish to drive. If you intend to consume alcohol, please plan accordingly!

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want. We promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!
