Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will be held at the Miami Boat Club in Loveland, Ohio. Both events are outdoors on the grass field next to the Boat Club building. Please make sure to dress appropriately to accommodate the weather as it may be warm or chilly in October along the river.

What time is the Wedding?

Answer

Ceremony start time is 4:00pm. Please arrive and be seated between 3:30-3:45pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies can wear any length dress as long as it is appropriate and not white/cream/ivory. You may also wear dress slacks and a blouse if that is what you are more comfortable in. Gentlemen can wear dress pants or khakis with a button down or polo shirt. Ties and dress coats are not required. NO JEANS. Please be aware most of this event will be held on grass so flats or chunky heeled shoes are recommended to avoid injury.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar with beer, wine, cocktails & non-alcoholic beverages. To maintain a comfortable atmosphere and uphold the policies in place, we kindly ask that no shots be ordered at the bar as they will be denied. We also ask that there is no outside alcohol brought to the venue as it would be in violation of our contract and the vendor will discontinue service for the remainder of the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you recieve a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Where do I park?

Answer

When you arrive, you will see our wedding sign next to a gated entrance. You will travel down the paved driveway and park accordingly in the grass field. Please be careful coming up or going down the driveway at all times as it is only wide enough for one vehicle at a time. If you plan to drink, please make sure to have arrangements to and from the venue.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our nieces & nephews. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" wedding ceremony - no phones or cameras. Please make sure to silence and turn off your devices. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like as you head into cocktail hour.

When do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above on our website. If you are having trouble, please reach out to Molly or Evan for assistance.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Molly or Evan to make the change as soon as possible.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. Please make sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Do I have to use the registry?

Answer

Great question! Our registry lists some tangible items we need as well as options to contribute any amount of funds you desire to our honeymoon plans. We will also have a table for cards and gifts if that is your preference as well. Your generousity is very much appreciated and does not go unnoticed.
