Can I take an Uber to or from the venue?

Answer

While you’re welcome to Uber to the venue, heading back can be tricky—Uber availability in Larkspur is almost nonexistent. To make things safe, easy, and stress-free, we’re providing complimentary shuttles to and from the venue. See the 'travel' page for additional details.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM so you’re ready for our 4:30 PM ceremony. Please note that there is a 5-minute, mostly uphill walk (with a few stairs) between the parking lot and the ceremony location. Transportation to the ceremony site will be provided for guests who are not comfortable walking this distance. Taking the shuttle? They’ve got you covered and will get you to the ceremony site right on time!

Can I bring a date?

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we can only host the guests named on your invitation. If you received a plus one, you’ll see this listed when you RSVP. Thanks so much for understanding—we’re so excited to celebrate with you!

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outside, weather permitting! The remainder of the reception will be primarily held indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Spruce Mountain Ranch offers on-site parking. Please note that vehicles must be cleared from the property once the celebration concludes and cannot be left overnight.
