The Indianapolis International Airport is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and will be the easiest airport to fly into.

Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis at the Capitol

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis at the Capitol and the Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown on the Canal. These hotels share a parking lot, and the rooms can be booked in either hotel at the link provided. They are 1.5 miles from Mavris Arts and Event Center (approximately 5-10 minute drive). There is a discounted rate of parking for $20/night, however Mavris does have free parking for the entire weekend. The block rate is available until 7/15.
