FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our vendors. The deadline to RSVP is September 15, 2025. If we haven’t received your response by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend and will miss you! You can RSVP using the tab at the top of this page.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. We ask that guests arrive between 3:45 and 4:15 PM to allow enough time for parking, making their way to the ceremony site, and being seated before the event begins. Please note: You will be turning down a long dirt road—if you think you're lost, don’t worry! You’re in the right place, we promise. If you do not arrive before the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that you remain in your car to avoid disruptions until the ceremony concludes.

Question

Is there parking at the ceremony location?

Answer

Yes! The venue has ample parking, so no need to worry. Please park in the designated parking area inside the fenced section next to the venue.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage our guests to wear their best semi-formal attire! The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an indoor reception. For reference, our bridesmaids will be in floor-length dresses, and our groomsmen will be in suits. Our wedding colors are sage green and blush pink. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing any shade of white—or your birthday suit!

Question

Where should I sit?

Answer

The first two rows of seating at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family, while all other seating will be open. At the reception, seating will be assigned. Please find the envelope with your parties name on it to find your table.

Question

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those explicitly stated on the invitation. If you have been allotted a plus one, it will be indicated on your invite. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with our nearest and dearest!

Question

Can I use my phone to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We understand the excitement and we are just as excited as you! However, we have hired a professional photographer and videographer, so we have that covered. We ask that when the ceremony begins, all cellphones are turned off or on silent to avoid any disruptions during our special moment.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we'll be serving beer and wine at the reception! We're excited to toast with you, so please enjoy responsibly and plan your transportation accordingly.
