One cold January evening in Edinburgh, after already having had several excellent first dates, Murdo suggested a day-trip to see An Ceann Mòr, an architectural viewpoint on the banks of Loch Lomond that had recently been constructed. Jessica enthusiastically agreed - but a true Canadian at heart - she complained bitterly that there would be no snow. For a Canadian, no snow in January is like cake without icing, or tea with no milk. Yet as we woke up that morning, we pulled back the blinds to find the world blanketed in a thick layer of snow. We spent the whole day driving through this winter wonderland, drinking coffees, taking photos and having snowball fights. It was the only true snowfall we had that entire winter, and it felt like it was just for us. After that magical date, both knew that this was something special, and the rest is history. We can't wait to be become husband & wife at this meaningful location, and celebrate our marriage with our most beloved friends & family.
